THERE IS A PROCESSING TIME OF 2-3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT. ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, MONDAY.
YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.
AN EMAIL WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED WITH THE PURCHASE ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. IF IT IS A SPECIAL ORDER, OR HAIR THAT IS NOT IN STOCK, PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.
May I return my order?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within 7 DAYS of you receiving your order. You must contact us first before RETURNING your package at 832-900-9835 OR JENTISTYLES@GMAIL.COM During Business Hours within the 7 DAYS return period. We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!
Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return!
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because WE will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you USE USPS to send your return.
